Materials and forms

Gaskets can be converted from solid rubber, foam and suitable sheet materials. Material selection considers the contact medium, mating surfaces and required compression.

Custom profiles and backing

Outlines, internal openings and bolt-hole patterns can be developed around the assembly. Adhesive backing and laminated layers can support positioning or add a required function. Molding is considered for three-dimensional sealing geometry.

Information for selection

Include a drawing or sample, material preferences, thickness and the operating conditions. Confirm the gasket geometry and installed compression against the mating surfaces.
