Molded rubber components
SEAL produces compression-molded rubber parts in six material families: EPDM, Neoprene, NBR, Silicone, FKM and FVMQ. Material selection starts with the surrounding media, the operating temperature and the mechanical requirements.
Solid and foam options
Molded products are mainly solid. EPDM, Neoprene, NBR and Silicone can also be supplied in selected foam forms; FKM is mainly solid and FVMQ is supplied as solid rubber.
Manufacturing and finishing
- Compression molding and curing.
- Precision die cutting for sheet and shaped components.
- Laser, waterjet and oscillating-knife cutting where suited to the material.
Application-led selection
Use the compound and geometry to address compression sealing, vibration isolation, cushioning or protection. Check media compatibility and the actual compound specifications before finalizing a design.
