Application
Battery packs contain mating surfaces and interfaces that require sealing, isolation or cushioning. Flexible gaskets can follow the enclosure perimeter and support the required compression at the joint.
Design considerations
Select the material for the working environment, gap and compression. Adhesive backing may assist positioning, while cutting or molding defines the gasket profile.
